About

Hi, I’m Matthew Cheng, a freelancer based in Hong Kong.

Most of my working days go into client projects: understanding what a business actually needs, building it, and keeping it running. Along the way I pick up lessons, about the work itself and about running a one-person business, that are easy to forget if I don’t write them down.

That’s what Mosaic is for. Each post is one small piece: a project, a mistake, a tool that saved me hours, or a thought about freelancing. Put together, I hope they make a useful picture for anyone doing similar work.

If you’d like to work together or just say hello, the quickest way to reach me is WhatsApp. You can also find my code on GitHub.
